Pro Tip

Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give us the most flexibility and produce the sharpest results. If you only have a raster file, our design team can recreate it as a vector.

Our team gets to work

Art Review & Proofing

Our in-house design team reviews your artwork and prepares it for production. We’ll contact you if we need anything and send a digital proof for your approval before we print a single item.

We’ll flag any issues with your artwork before production — like low resolution, color mismatches, or font problems — saving you time and money.

Your sign-off matters

Approve Your Proof

Review your digital proof carefully. Check all text, colors, placement, and sizing. Once you approve, we move into production. Changes after approval may affect your timeline.
